2025 Snowflake Quilt Block

Created On: January 30, 2026  |  Updated: January 30, 2026  |   Leave a comment

I’m so excited to share the 2025 Snowflake Quilt Block! It is a little late… but here it is!

For years, I’ve sent out a snowflake postcard at the end of the year to everyone who purchased from me that year. I love this little way of saying “thank you” to the customers who have supported me. But, my goals have changed since I started this tradition.

The very first snowflake quilt block that I sent out had a coupon code on it. I was hoping to get some additional sales from the block. This is no longer the case. Now, I want folks to purchase my patterns and notions from their local quilt shop (or adopt an online shop to be their “local quilt shop online”), and support that shop. However, there are two items that I don’t sell into independent quilt shops – one is my Block of the Month Calendar, and one is my Advent Calendar. So, loyal followers often still purchase from me each year. And I love this tradition. So, I’ve morphed it into a hybird.

I still send the quilt block out to those in the USA who purchased from me. My mailing service only sends to US addresses, and with over 2,500 customers in 2025, I can’t write out the addresses by hand. It also cost me over $1,500 to print up and mail out all these postcards, so it is quite a commitment!

For everyone else, I offer the digital version of the pattern. You can download it (and print it if you like). This way I can thank everyone who is part of my online quilting community – not just those in the US who have purchased directly from me.

Thank you for being here, and being part of this quilty community!

I know folks will ask about past snowflake blocks. At this time, they’re retired. I don’t have any current plans to bring them back out, or offer them up in any way. That may change. But, for now, my focus is in some other new projects. Thanks for understanding!
