Faux Canvas Giveaway – a gift for YOU!

Created On: February 13, 2012  |  Updated: February 13, 2012  |   33 Comments

Today is my birthday. Yup, not an earth-shattering milestone birthday, like 25 or even 30. Thankfully, not a birthday where I needed to drag myself down to the DMV for another eye test or photo vaguely resembling myself. Just a nice relaxing day here with my boys, hanging out, and eating chocolate cake. Oh, and reading dozens of messages on Facebook from my friends. Is it just me, or has Facebook made birthdays a little more fun?
To celebrate my birthday, the lovely folks at WalMart are letting me give away a wonderful Faux Canvas. You can get all the details here, but it is an awesome idea for a last-minute birthday or Valentine’s gift. Just upload your photo, and you can pick up your finished work of art the very same day! A faux canvas will also last longer than roses… or chocolate cake! A simple and affordable decorating option, I’ll have to remember these when I finally get around to decorating the nursery!
Leave me a comment below letting me know what you’d use your Faux Canvas for, and I’ll pick a winner Wednesday! Make sure your contact info is handy (e-mail address is fine), so that I can let you know you won!
Always,

Disclosure

hmm, I’ve got so many pics of the kiddos hanging around the house that I’d probably get one of those funny sayings that everyone is finding on Pinterest and get a nice one of those to give me some inspiration when I look at it!

Thanks for the great give away!

Happy Birthday! How generous of you to give away a present on your birthday. I would use it for my wedding picture. It would be lovely to be able to display our wedding photo on the wall so that everyone could remember that special day. Talking about special days, I hope yours is a very special relaxing day! i have this wee little lady with springy blonde curls and crystal blue eyes…she happens to be picture perfect. so it’s safe to assume I’d exploit her beauty on canvas.

Happy Birthday!!! I have a 6 month old daughter and she is the first grandchild in my family. My mother is moving to Italy in two months with her new husband for a few years. I would love to have a picture of the two of them to hang in my daughters room so she can see her Nona everyday. Or to give it to my mom to take with her overseas…. decisions decisions…

We still don’t have a family picture with our youngest in it on the walls yet. He’s 15 months now. We even took the pics, just didn’t print them. This would be great!

I would use it to make a canvas of our wedding picture that got destroyed. Our wonderful niece just restored the image for us last week after years of not having it. I need to have it printed out and this would make it extra special!

I’d use it for a wedding photo. Our first dance to be specific. We’ve been married three years now and haven’t gotten any photos printed. We were pleasantly blessed with a child shortly after we got married and photo priority changed. Happy Birthday! Hope it was great!

My mom is getting married on April 14 to a wonderful man. I’d use the gift to enlarge one of her photos from her special day. My father passed away from lung cancer 9 1/2 years ago, so this is a very special & happy time for her and our family. Thanks for the chance to win!
