Gear Quilt Block

This fun gear quilt block could also be called a cog quilt block, depending on what you’re looking for. The Gear is such a fun design. Great for all kinds of quilts. I designed the Gear Quilt Block for this month’s theme of “maker.” But this gear quilt block could be used for so many different gear quilts! This is a great quilt block for a mechanical quilt, a robot quilt, or a technical quilt. Not that this is a very technical block to make – the whole quilt block is made using traditional piecing methods.
