When I saw these Fabric Airplanes over at Everyday Chaos, I knew I needed to make some.
I chose not to print out the pattern, I thought it was pretty self-explanatory, and I wanted to try making a couple different sizes. I also zig-zagged the edges to make them more durable.
They are a little heavy… so they don’t fly far, and not very aerodynamic… so they don’t fly straight… but I think that they’re really cute.
They don’t take very long to make – a quick little “project between projects” just for fun. Easy to make with scraps or leftovers of fabric… and I love the idea of putting them on a streamer the way she did!
Expect Moore… soon!
